1. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Threshold

We offer reliable shipping across India with a straightforward pricing structure based on your order value:

  • Orders up to ₹799: A flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied at checkout.

  • Orders of ₹800 and above: You qualify for FREE Shipping nationwide!

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, your package is handed over to our trusted courier partners. While actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the standard delivery windows are usually as follows:

Please note: Remote areas or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or regional delays) may occasionally extend these timelines.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

We take utmost care in packaging your products so they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us immediately:

  • Timeline: Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with a photograph or an unboxing video of the damaged package, so we can resolve the issue swiftly for you.

6. Address Changes & Undelivered Orders

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot change the delivery address once the package has been dispatched.

  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, standard shipping charges may apply to re-ship the item.
